Finally got my lazy ass to upload this. Marceline's Axe-Bass cosplay prop! Sorry I have yet to wear the full costume (wig, body paint, teeth, boots, etc.) But I wore a more simplified version to school on Halloween. I'll post some shots of the full cosplay sometime in April after I wear it to a convention!

Anywho this was made primarily from insulation foam sheets glued together, then primed and painted. Used bottle caps, elastic string, wooden pegs, and extra foam pieces for the detailing of the face. I also attached some pegs from an old rock band guitar to the bottom and side so that I could wear it with a strap.

Lol jk, yea the long neck is nice but I didnt want it so far out from my body. In the cartoon Marceline's bass never looks oversized.

-shrugs- the first time you see her bass it has silver blades, then later on its either red like the rest of the bass, or black
